Warranty, Shipping, and Return Policies

Shipping:::
Most orders placed before noon MST ship same day Monday- Friday with the exception of postal holidays. At most, expect tracking information within 48 hours from time of purchase. We utilize USPS to get your items to you as they have been the most consistent in quality of service and shipping times. If you need your item(s) shipped in a different way, please contact prior to placing order to make arrangements and ask any questions you might have.

Missing or Delayed Orders:::
Please know that once your order is in possession of the USPS, We have very little if any control on their logistics. In the event your item shows delivered but can not be found, please reach out to your local Postal Service delivery person or your local Post Office for assistance. Click here for more info.

Returns and Exchanges:::
ECUs and all other items have a 21 day(from date of purchase delivery) return window. This covers any miss-picked and/or item(s) that arrive in non working or functional condition (i.e. defects or damage during shipping). This will be handled by an exchange of an equal item or a refund if item(s) are not in stock. Item(s) will be inspected upon return and exchange or refund will only be processed if no user error or use in some instances are determined. If you have any additional questions, please reach out.

Warranty:::
ECUs come with a lifetime warranty. Should your computer fail from a fouled component, reach out and we will do our best to get you back to 100%. Any repairs will be free of charge however, You will need to cover delivery and shipping fees.

If any wiring item should fail over time, this will be handled by an exchange of an equal item, or a refund if item(s) are not in stock. Item(s) will be inspected upon return and exchange or refund will only be processed if no user error is determined. If you have any additional questions, please reach out.

All services and labor are backed with a lifetime warranty against failure. Should any component we installed in your ECU fail, send it in and we'll replace at no charge. We only ask You cover delivery and shipping fees. If you have any questions, please reach out.
