Mail-In Service Info

   Thinking about letting us help you out? First off, thank you. If you you would like to purchase any of our mail-in services, we try to make it as simple as possible. Select any services you require, add to your cart, and check out. Following your purchase, You will recieve an email within 24 hours containing shipping address and instructions. While not required, its always appriciated you reply to this email with your tracking number so we know when to expect your package.

  Once your item(s) arrive we will begin the repair/mod/installation process at as soon as possible. You will be contacted if we have questions or any issues arise. If additional services are recomended, you will have the option to purchase or pass. If you choose to purchase any addtional services, You can pay throught the online store while we still have your ECU. Once your item(s) are ready, You will recieve an email with return tracking information within 24 hours.

  If you have a scenerio where you're not sure what may be required to get your ECU where you need it be, we offer estimate/pay after option. This is typically done with a short phone call where we go over situation and determine what you may need. Upon recieving your computer we will test, diagnose, and attempt repairs and installations. You will be contacted thourghout the process and alerted to any issues. Following completion, You will receive a finalized invoice with the ability to securely pay online. You will recieve return tracking within 24 hours.
