Injector Testing and Ultrasonic Cleaning Service

This purchase is for a mail-in service and includes labor, parts, and return shipping of your injectors. Regardless of your vehicle power goals, your injectors play a critical roll and peak performance results in safer and smother running engines, wheather high power and stock. In-tank additives can only do so much and still leave many questions unresolved. Our in depth process can answer many of those. Injector service consist of several stages.

:::Service Includes:::
Uniformity/Sprayability Inspection: Spray pattern observed and analyzed with the aid of backlight. Additionally, uniformity/balance of injection amount across injectors observed and recorded at beginning and end of service.

Leakage Test: Sealing and dribble conditions of injectors under system pressure.

Flow Test: Fluid injection amount of the injectors in 10-15 seconds of constant and variable injection rates.

Inductance Test: To test internal circuit of the injectors.

Ultrasonic cleaning: Hot tank ultrasonic cleaning removes any and all carbon deposits and other debris from injectors. New o-rings and micro filters for injectors are included. - subject to availability

Typical turnaround time is 1-3 days based on current workload from the time your injectors are received.

Please Note: NON GDI INJECTORS ONLY
To ensure proper testing, please leave o-rings and spacers on the injector if able. Please ensure injectors are dry and place inside plastic bags. Placing the injectors in a plastic bag will also prevent gasoline odors coming from your parcel.

We are not responsible for defective or non-working injectors sent to us. You will be contacted within 3 days days of receiving if any injectors are deemed "dead". Following, remaining injectors will be serviced if you so choose. If completion of service is not completed, injectors will be returned and you will be issued a refund minus 20% for testing process plus return shipping cost.
